SALON POLICY

Appointments:

  1. Booking and Confirmation:

    • Secure your spot by booking appointments through our website, over the phone, or in-person.

    • Receive confirmation messages conveniently via email or SMS.

    • A deposit is required for long or group bookings to ensure availability.

  2. Cancellation and Changes Policy:

    • To accommodate everyone, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late cancellations or changes may be subject to a fee.

  3. Punctuality Matters:

    • We value your time and ours. Kindly arrive promptly for your appointment.

    • "Arriving late may result in rescheduling or cancelation of your appointment.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • Clients who miss appointments without prior notice may have a no-show history recorded in their profile.

    • Consistent no-shows may affect the ability to book future appointments.

Warranty Services:

  1. Service Guarantee:

    • At Marvellous Nails Northland, we are committed to delivering top-notch nail services.

    • Enjoy peace of mind with our 7-day warranty, starting from the day of the service.

    • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied during your service, please inform us before making payment, and we will make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

  2. Exclusions:

    • Our warranty covers issues directly related to the service provided, excluding external factors such as accidents, nail picking, biting, wear and tear, or careless handling.

  3. Warranty Claim Process:

    • Should you encounter any issues with your nails covered by our warranty, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • It's helpful if you can provide photos of the issue.

    • We will promptly schedule an appointment within 7 days from the date of your initial service to assess and address the concern.

    • Please note that failure to address the issue within the 7-day period may result in the voiding of the warranty.

Liability:

  1. Allergic:

    • The salon disclaims responsibility for any allergic reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

    • Please inform us of any known allergies before the commencement of services.

  2. Salon Environment and Client Responsibility:

    • Our salon environment involves strong chemicals and odors, making it unsuitable for infants, toddlers, and children.

    • Parents are discouraged from bringing children; if necessary, strict supervision is required. Failure to comply may result in refusal or rescheduling of services.

  3. Property Care:

    • Due to the use of strong chemicals during services, the salon is not liable for any damage to personal belongings such as handbags, jewelry, or watches.

    • Clients are advised to take precautions or leave valuable items at home during their salon visit.

Refunds:

  1. No Refunds Policy:

    • Refunds are not provided for salon services, encompassing nails, beauty services (lashes, brows), and waxing.

  2. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • Confirm your satisfaction before finalizing payment.

    • In case of dissatisfaction during or after the service, inform us promptly. We'll make adjustments or remove completed services as needed.

  3. Payment Confirmation of Satisfaction:

    • Your payment serves as confirmation of satisfaction with the rendered services.

    • Prior to payment, communicate any concerns to promptly address and resolve issues.

Gift Voucher Terms of Use

1. These Terms

  • You agree to these terms when you purchase, activate, redeem, enquire or attempt to use a gift voucher.

  • The issuer may amend these terms at any time without notice.

  • Where you purchase these gift vouchers as a personal or business gift, or for other business uses approved by the issuer, you must ensure that the end gift voucher holder is made aware of these terms, including the expiry date.

2. Purchase of Gift Voucher

  • The Issuer issues electronic or physical gift vouchers.

  • Gift vouchers may be purchased from the issuer, Marvellous Nails Northland (www.marvellousnailsnorthland.com.au)

3. Redemption of Gift Voucher

  • A gift voucher has no value unless activated in the issuer’s system and payment has been made.

  • A gift voucher may be redeemed for goods and services purchased only from Marvellous Nails Northland

  • If the purchase price exceeds the balance of the gift voucher, the gift voucher holder must pay the difference using another payment method. No change will be given and any balance on the gift voucher may only be used in whole or in part against future purchases.

4. Expiry Date

  • A gift voucher expires 36 months from date of issue.

  • Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the gift voucher holder.

  • A gift voucher cannot be re-activated at any time.

5. Exclusions

  • A gift voucher cannot be reloaded, used for cash advances or redeemed for cash.

  • A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

  • A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for a different brand, denomination or type of gift voucher.

6. Transaction Enquiries

  • The gift voucher balance and expiry date may be checked by you at any time by contacting Marvellous Nails Northland

  • The system will be conclusive evidence of the balance, history and expiry date of a gift voucher.

7. Lost and stolen gift vouchers

  • A gift voucher must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honored if lost or stolen.

  • A gift voucher will only be reissued, refunded or honored where the gift voucher is shown to be faulty or damaged due to the fault of the issuer, or where there has been a breach of any condition or warranty implied under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Liability

  • Gift voucher holders are responsible for the use and safety of their gift voucher at all times.

  • To the extent permitted by law, the issuer and its related entities are not liable to any person for any loss or damage (including direct or consequential loss), nor will they be in default of these terms for failure to observe or perform any of their obligations under these terms, for any reason or cause, which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented.

9. Promotion Activities

  • The issuer does not permit the use of gift vouchers in connection with any marketing, promotion or advertising activities without prior written consent of the issuer.

  • Gift vouchers may not be used in a manner that implies that a person, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by or affiliated with the issuer or any of their related entities.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information may be collected by the issuer at the time of purchase or redemption of a gift voucher. Persons subject to these terms consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy unless they advise otherwise.

M Reward Program

  1. Joining

    To become a part of M Reward program, you must first sign up at Marvellous Nails Northland.
    You can begin to accrue points immediately.

  2. Earning Rewards

    Points will be accrued after the purchase of any products or services.
    Present your details at the end of your eligible salon visit, and one of our team will credit your points.

    Points will be not earned for any Gift Card purchase.

  3. Redeeming Rewards

    Your points can be redeemed on any nails or beauty services.
    Simply provide your member details during your next visit for us to apply the applicable reward.

  4. Exclusions

    Points are not transferable for cash.
    Rewards do not apply on retail product, unless specifically stated or approved by us.

  5. Additional Terms

    We reserve the right to terminate your membership in M Reward program if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    We may discontinue M Reward program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice in our salon and/or via social media to let you know.
    We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each service and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at www.marvellousnailsnorthland.com.au . Your continued participation in M Reward program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
