Yes, builder gel is now available at Marvellous Nails Northland. We offer builder gel services for both natural nails and nail extensions, along with builder refill options.

Yes, we adhere to strict hygiene standards. We use disposable tools where possible, and all reusable tools are sterilized between clients.

How long do nail services typically take?

The duration of each service varies. A basic manicure or pedicure may take around 30-45 minutes, while more intricate designs or enhancements can take longer.

Do you only fix one broken nail?

Yes, we can fix one broken nail if it was done at our salon. However, if your nail was done at another salon, we do not fix it.

Can I bring my own nail polish?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own nail polish. However, we cannot guarantee the same longevity or quality as our professional products.

Is Acrylic Nails Better or SNS Nails Better?

Both acrylic nails and SNS (Signature Nail Systems) nails have their own set of pros and cons. WARRANTY

Do you offer a warranty for your nail services?

Yes, we provide a warranty for our nail services. Our warranty lasts for 7 days from the day of service. If you encounter any issues with your nails within this period, we'll be happy to inspect and address them. However, please note that we do not warranty any damages resulting from normal wear and tear or careless handling.

Why did my Shellac chip off so quickly?

Shellac is essentially just color polish and doesn't strengthen your nails. The most common reason for it chipping quickly is wear and tear from your daily activities. Additionally, if your natural nails are thin and brittle, Shellac may not last long.

Why is my SNS chipping and cracking?

Your SNS may be chipping and cracking due to several reasons. Firstly, if the SNS layer is too thin, especially if you prefer a natural look, it can be prone to chipping. Additionally, natural nails that are already thin and brittle can contribute to the SNS not lasting long. Lastly, each client's lifestyle plays a role - if they engage in rough activities with their hands, they might find that SNS isn't durable enough, and may want to explore stronger options like acrylic nails.
