Booking

Booking and Confirmation:

  • Secure your spot by booking appointments through our website, over the phone, or in-person.

  • Receive confirmation messages conveniently via email or SMS.

  • A deposit is required for long or group bookings to ensure availability.

  • First-Time Clients: Prepayment may be required.

  • Under 18 Clients: Must have a parent/guardian consent or prepayment before services begin.

Cancellation and Changes Policy:

  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or changes may be subject to a fee.

Punctuality Matters:

  • Kindly arrive promptly for your appointment.

  • Arriving late may result in rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.

No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who miss appointments without prior notice may have a no-show history recorded.

  • Consistent no-shows may affect the ability to book future appointments.

  • Frequent Cancellations/No-Shows: A deposit may be required for clients with a history of frequent cancellations or no-shows.

Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service in the following cases:

  • Clients exhibiting abusive, aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Clients who are unwell.

  • Situations where we believe we cannot provide services that meet the client’s expectations or requirements.

Pricing:

  • Prices may vary from the initial quote.

  • Additional services or add-ons during your appointment may change the final price.

  • If you have concerns about pricing, please discuss with our staff before your service begins.

Warranty

Service Guarantee:

At Marvellous Nails Northland, we are dedicated to providing high-quality nail services.

  • Enjoy a 7-day warranty starting from the date of your service.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before making payment, and we will make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

Exclusions:
Our warranty covers issues directly related to the service provided. It does not include problems caused by:

  • Accidents, nail picking, or biting

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Careless handling

Warranty Claim Process:

  • If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, contact us promptly.

  • Providing photos of the issue can help us address it more efficiently.

  • We will schedule an appointment within 7 days of your initial service to assess and resolve the concern.

  • Please note: issues not reported within the 7-day period may void the warranty.

Liability

Allergies:

  • The salon is not responsible for allergic reactions or complications from undisclosed medical conditions.

  • Please inform us of any known allergies before your service begins.

Salon Environment & Client Responsibility:

  • Our salon uses strong chemicals and odors, making it unsuitable for infants, toddlers, and young children.

  • Parents are discouraged from bringing children. If necessary, strict supervision is required. Failure to comply may result in refusal or rescheduling of services.

Property Care:

  • The salon is not liable for damage to personal belongings such as handbags, jewelry, or watches due to chemicals used during services.

  • Clients are advised to take precautions or leave valuables at home during their visit.

Refunds & Satisfaction

No Refunds Policy:

  • Refunds are not provided for any salon services, including nails, beauty treatments (lashes, brows), and waxing.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Please confirm your satisfaction before making payment.

  • If you are dissatisfied during or after your service, inform us promptly. We will make adjustments or remove completed services as needed.

  • After payment, we understand that you are happy and satisfied with the service.

Change of Mind Policy:

  • Any changes after the service is completed—including nail shape, length, color, or design—may incur an additional cost.

  • We encourage clients to check your nails at every step and ensure you are happy before moving on to the next step.

Payment Confirmation:

  • Your payment serves as confirmation of satisfaction with the services rendered.

  • Communicate any concerns before paying to allow us to address and resolve issues promptly.

Gift Voucher Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, activating, redeeming, or enquiring about a gift voucher, you agree to these terms.

  • The issuer may amend these terms at any time without notice.

  • If you purchase a gift voucher as a gift, you must ensure the recipient is aware of these terms, including the expiry date.

2. Purchase of Gift Voucher

  • Marvellous Nails Northland issues electronic and physical gift vouchers.

  • Gift vouchers may be purchased from our website www.marvellousnailsnorthland.com.au or directly at the salon.

3. Redemption of Gift Voucher

  • A gift voucher is only valid once activated in our system and paid for.

  • Vouchers may be redeemed only for goods and services at Marvellous Nails Northland.

  • If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by another method.

  • No cash change is given; any remaining balance can only be used for future purchases.

  • ID may be required to redeem a gift voucher to prevent theft or scams.

4. Expiry Date

  • Gift vouchers expire 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue.

  • Remaining balances after expiry cannot be redeemed.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be re-activated.

5. Exclusions

  • Vouchers cannot be reloaded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other vouchers.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for different brands, denominations, or types.

6. Transaction Enquiries

  • Voucher balances and expiry dates may be checked by contacting Marvellous Nails Northland.

  • Our system is the conclusive record of voucher balances, history, and expiry.

7. Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers

  • Treat vouchers like cash; they will not be reissued, refunded, or honored if lost or stolen.

  • Vouchers may only be reissued, refunded, or honored if faulty, damaged due to issuer error, or where Australian Consumer Law conditions apply.

8. Liability

  • Voucher holders are responsible for their gift vouchers at all times.

  • To the extent permitted by law, the issuer and related entities are not liable for any loss or damage, including direct or consequential loss, beyond reasonable control.

9. Promotional Use

  • Vouchers may not be used for marketing, promotions, or advertising without prior written consent.

  • Vouchers cannot imply endorsement or affiliation with Marvellous Nails Northland or its related entities.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information may be collected at purchase or redemption.

  • Use of personal information is in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated.

M-Reward

1. Joining

  • To join the M Reward Program, sign up at Marvellous Nails Northland.

  • You can begin accruing points immediately after registration.

2. Earning Rewards

  • Points are earned on the purchase of any products or services.

  • Present your member details at the end of your eligible salon visit, and our team will credit your points.

  • Points are not earned on gift card purchases.

3. Redeeming Rewards

  • Points can be redeemed on any nails or beauty services.

  • Simply provide your member details during your next visit to apply your rewards.

4. Exclusions

  • Points are not transferable for cash.

  • Rewards do not apply to retail products, unless specifically stated or approved by us.

5. Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to terminate membership if fraudulent, unlawful, or non-compliant activity is detected.

  • The M Reward Program may be discontinued or amended at any time at our sole discretion, without liability. Notifications will be published in our salon and/or via social media.

  • Changes to the program, including points allocation or redemption rules, may occur, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of these changes.

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to M Reward Program in Australia.
