Important Update Regarding Working Times and Clocking In/Out

Hi Team,

We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you about an important update regarding our working times and the clocking in/out process.

Starting today, all staff members will be able to access and check their time records directly from the time attendance machine. We believe this will provide more transparency and efficiency in managing our work hours.

To guide you through the process, please watch the instructional video linked below, which demonstrates how to check your time record from the machine:

Select Menu → LogData → ViewLog → View Attendance Log → Enter Enroll ID → Press OK

Important Reminders:

1. Clocking In/Out: All staff members are required to clock on and off at the beginning and end of each shift using the time attendance machine.

2. Forgotten Clocking: In case you forget to clock on or off, it is crucial that you send a message to me at 0422323992 with the date and exact time before payday (Sunday). This ensures accurate records for payroll processing.

3. Missing Time: If there are any missing clock-in or clock-out records, your wage will be processed during the next payroll cycle. To avoid any delays, please make sure to report and rectify any missing time as soon as possible.
