Updates Break Time Policy
Dear Staff,
I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work you put into making our nail salon a success. Your dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients does not go unnoticed.
I am writing to inform you about an important change in our break time policy. The purpose of this change is to ensure that each and every one of you receives a proper break, promoting a happier and healthier work environment.
After discussing this matter with all of you, I have carefully considered your feedback and recommendations. As a result, I have decided to adjust the break time to better suit your needs and align with our working culture.
Under the new break time policy, all staff members will be entitled to a 20-minute paid meal break. During this time, you will not be required to clock on or off. To ensure that our bookings run smoothly, the manager will assign specific meal break times for each staff member.
Additionally, you will also have a 20-minute unpaid rest break. This rest break is not compulsory, and it can be used whenever you need an extra break or for personal activities such as grocery shopping or banking. If you decide to take a rest break, please inform the manager in advance and remember to clock on and off.
